The following details are identified as objectives within our Strategic Plan (by Key Result Area). A number of these have already been completed or are currently being addressed. The plan is reviewed & reported on a quarterly basis to the Stealers Committee and therefore this document provides an update on where we are in the process of achieving our stated objectives eg a date of 2004Q1 indicates the end of March 2004 as a milestone for the objective.
